JEFF QUINN
Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Quinn serves as Chief Financial Officer at ION Media Networks, Inc., where he oversees the Finance department. Mr. Quinn’s responsibilities range from the establishment and development of the financial planning and analysis group to strategic and new business development. His role also includes leveraging the company’s position as the owner and operator of the nation's largest broadcast television station group and ION Television, which reaches over 94 million U.S. television households.

Since joining ION Media Networks in 2000, Mr. Quinn has served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, in addition to Vice President and Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer.. His most recent accomplishments include the development of a five-year business plan based on a revised business operating strategy, as well as developing and implementing budget and reporting processes, including the creation of fully-integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow models. He has also created financial frameworks for each of the major areas of the company –Programming, Sales, Distribution, Marketing and Corporate

Prior to Joining ION Media Networks, Mr. Quinn held positions as Manager, Operations Reporting and subsequently Director, Planning & Analysis for AutoNation, Inc., the country’s largest automotive retailer with 272 dealerships nationwide with approximately 25,000 employees. As director, Mr. Quinn was responsible for all aspects of forecasting and quarterly management reporting.

Mr. Quinn has also held positions with several successful companies, including Ryder System, Inc., Eastern Financial Federal Credit Union, United Resources, Inc., The Waterbury Screw Machine Products Co. and Ernst & Whinney.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Quinn graduated from the University of Richmond in 1987 with a degree in Accounting and holds a Master of Accounting from Florida International University. He currently resides in South Florida.
